Pre-and post-natal: A magic journey before and after


Woman experience pregnancy and post-pregnancy in different ways. Regardless to the experience itself, Pilates can offer a wonderful outlet for taking care of your mind and body in such ways that it positively supports your state of being during your pregnancy and post-pregnancy.


I will accompany you through this magical journey by showing you ways to relax, flex and strengthen those body parts that require particular kind of attention during this pre- and post-natal phases and most importantly ways to connect your mind and your body while experiencing this special journey in your life.



Get back in shape, re-inhabit your body and feel good. Take a moment to pamper yourself and get stronger. The post-natal program is focused on your core, the reconnection to yourself, healing of the rectus diastase, and training of the pelvic floor.
