Group courses: effective, creative and in good company
If you want your workout to be effective, fun, and socially oriented, my group classes are for you!
These group training sessions cater to those who enjoy varied and active workouts in small groups of up to 4 participants, allowing me to focus on and support you individually during your workout. I believe that this workout should be intensive and effective but your body and wellbeing are my first priority.
Our courses are designed so that you can feel comfortable and engage in a professional environment. Take an hour a week just for yourself and consciously give your body your full attention and devotion.
Due to the limited number of places in the group courses, I strongly recommend that you book your place in advance via email.
